Arizona AG Goddard files to ‘explore’ race for gov
PHOENIX (AP) Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard has formally created a committee to explore entering the race for governor, a contest in which he’s already regarded as the presumptive Democratic nominee.
Sheriff Draws Different Hollywood Attention
From the town that gave Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio his own television reality show, hundreds of people from the Los Angeles area are expected to arrive in Phoenix this weekend. But these folks aren’t fans of the Sheriff or his TV show. They are coming for a protest on Saturday of Arpaio’s immigration enforcement tactics. KJZZ’s Marcos Najera reports from Hollywood.
